Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup halved cherry tomatoes

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

4 large whole wheat tortillas

¼ cup tzatziki sauce or ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by warming the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    While the oil is heating, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.

      When the oil is hot and shimmering, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they become golden brown and thoroughly cooked.

        In the final minute of cooking the chicken, add the minced garlic, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Cook only until you can smell its aroma.

          Take the chicken out of the skillet and allow it to rest for a few moments before cutting it into thin strips.

            In the same skillet, toss in the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened and the spinach has wilted.

              Put the sliced chicken back into the skillet, mixing everything together. Let it warm through for about one minute.

                To make the wraps, lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Place a generous portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center, sprinkle with feta cheese, and swirl with tzatziki sauce or ranch if you like.

                  Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat the process for the other tortillas.

                    Serve right away and savor your cozy family dinner!
