1/2 cup milk (preferably whole or 2% for creaminess)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for a mild kick)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for added crunch)

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (to coat the breadcrumbs)

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: If you're using fresh broccoli, steam the florets for 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet retain their vibrant green color. For frozen broccoli, simply heat in the microwave until thawed.

      Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
