Ingredients

For the Frozen Yogurt:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), fresh or frozen

For the Cream Puff Dough:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup water

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 large eggs, room temperature

For the Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Frozen Yogurt:

    - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

      - Carefully fold in the mixed berries using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

        - Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours, or until it is firm to the touch.

          Make the Cream Puff Dough:

            - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

              - In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and water. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat.

                - Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough forms a ball and releases from the sides of the pan.

                  - Allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough becomes smooth and glossy.

                    - Use a spoon or a piping bag to drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

                      - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cream puffs are golden brown and feel light and firm. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

                        Prepare the Whipped Cream:

                          - In a chilled medium bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

                            - Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, creating a light and fluffy whipped cream.

                              Assemble the Dessert:

                                - Once the cream puffs are cool, carefully cut a small slit in the side of each puff to create an opening for filling.

                                  - Generously fill each cream puff with a dollop of whipped cream, using a spoon or piping bag to make it neat and airy.

                                    - Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and let it soften at room temperature for a few minutes. Using an ice cream scoop, portion out round balls of the frozen yogurt mixture.

                                      - Serve the filled cream puffs alongside the scoops of frozen yogurt for a delightful dessert experience.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours (plus cooling and freezing time) | Servings: 12 servings

Presentation Tips: Arrange the cream puffs on a platter with the scoops of frozen yogurt in between. Garnish with additional fresh berries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for an extra touch of elegance. Enjoy!
