Ingredients

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 ripe banana, mashed (for added creaminess)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and the mashed banana. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or spoon until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Gradually pour in the almond milk while stirring continuously. Blend until the mixture reaches a uniform and smooth consistency, ensuring there are no lumps.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt, making sure they are evenly incorporated throughout the mixture.

Carefully pour the chocolate yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling them up but leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles trapped in the mixture.

Cover the molds with a lid or aluminum foil tightly to prevent the formation of ice crystals during the freezing process.

Freeze the pops for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until they are fully solidified.

To release the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of each mold for 10-20 seconds. Then gently grasp the popsicle sticks and pull them out.

For an extra indulgent touch, dip the tops of the protein pops into melted chocolate and sprinkle with additional mini chocolate chips before serving.
