1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
