Crunchy Buffalo Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well for quick prep)

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup blue cheese dressing (or substitute with ranch dressing if preferred)

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil (for crisping the tortillas)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Stir well until all the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce. Taste and add more buffalo sauce if you prefer extra heat.

    Make the Vegetable Filling: In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle with a small amount of blue cheese dressing and toss gently to incorporate.

      Assemble Your Wrap: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, place a generous scoop (approximately 1 cup) of the buffalo chicken mixture. Add a handful of the vegetable mixture on top. If you like, sprinkle additional cheddar cheese over the top and drizzle with more dressing.

        Wrap it Up: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then roll it up from the bottom, tucking in the filling as you go to ensure everything is contained. Make sure the wrap is securely closed.
