4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook the Pasta: Begin by filling a large pot with water and adding a generous amount of salt. Bring it to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until it reaches an al dente texture. Once done, drain the pasta, ensuring to reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water for later use. Set the pasta aside temporarily.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and place it over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the diced chicken breast. Season it generously with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is golden brown and completely cooked through. Afterward, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
