Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking.

    Cook the Rice: In a medium saucepan, combine the uncooked brown rice with the vegetable (or chicken) broth. Bring this mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and allow it to simmer gently for about 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been fully absorbed. Once cooked, set aside.

      Prepare the Broccoli: While the rice cooks, steam the broccoli florets in a steamer basket or microwave until they are bright green and just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, drain any excess water and chop the florets into smaller, bite-sized pieces if desired.

        Make the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and milk.
